This program is open to both campus and community members looking to move their innovative program, product, or process off the side of their desk, and into the world to make change. Through coaching, expert advising, student support, and connection to a community of social innovators, this program will help validate, launch and/or scale your work and impact.

R2SI Cohort 3 is now underway. We will continue to accept applications on a rolling basis, until cohort capacity is reached.

The R2SI Incubator is focused on supporting ventures/projects that center social impact in their mission and vision. Please briefly describe why this particular Incubator, focused on social impact, was of interest to you?

ACCESS TO STUDENT SUPPORT

The R2SI program aims to support ventures with relevant student support to advance your project (4-5 hrs/wk) between roughly November 2023-March 2024, depending on the level of demand within the cohort. If you would be interested in student support, please fill out the question below.

Please describe key projects/tasks a student would work on with your venture (other tasks can be added throughout the Incubator, but a sense of your initial work together is helpful). Note - administrative tasks are not eligible. A student must be involved in supporting key milestones in your project's development.

PARTICIPANT COMMITMENTS

All R2SI fellows are expected to commit 5-7 hrs/month to using the supports provided through this Incubator, e.g. coaching, peer-learning roundtables, workshops, etc. An additional minimum of 10 hrs/month of work towards moving your venture forward is also expected. Please confirm you are willing, and able, to commit to the following components of this program:

Bi-weekly coaching sessions over the program (up to 6 months)
Monthly roundtable meeting (i.e. a peer-learning cohort meeting facilitated by a serial entrepreneur)Skills based workshops (1/month on average)Advising sessions with an industry expert advisor (5-10 hrs total over length of program)If interested in a student, meeting the student on a regular basis (e.g. bi-weekly at a minimum)Recording and sharing the learning gained through this program through targeted journaling and surveys, which the R2SI Incubator team will draw on for program development (names will be kept confidential)Fulfill these requirements for the full 6 months (note - missing more than 3 sessions, barring exceptional circumstances, may result in stepping down from the program)
